Reference Letter for Representative Office in Indonesia

REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE is an office established by principal company in USA to conduct marketing and other non-transactional operations in Indonesia. As stipulated in the Indonesian Trade Minister Regulation No. 10/M-DAG/PER/3/2006 and No. 28/M-DAG/PER/6/2010, appointing Representative Office in Indonesia requires Reference Letter from the Commercial Attaché.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Original Letter of Intent (desiring to open the representative office in Indonesia), see example here;
Original Letter of Appointment (for the person who will engage in Indonesia as a representative Officer), see example here;
Original Letter of Statement (specifying the activities of the representative who will engage in Indonesia), see example here;
A current Certificate of Good Standing from the Secretary of State office where the U.S. Company registered, see example here.
